Return window
BayBridge mirrors the supplier return window whenever possible. Some items may have shorter windows based on condition.
Refunds
If a listing changes at checkout (price/availability/shipping), orders are auto-paused or auto-refunded.
No-returns listings
We avoid listing items with no returns. If an exception occurs, BayBridge provides a backup resolution path via support.
